What are Camey 15 days Return Policy?
1. Customer received defective/Dusty product.
2. Product received by customer is not as per order.
An order can be cancelled before it is confirmed by Camey. Once the order is confirmed, a customer can raise a request for cancellation by contacting Camey. Orders which requires any kind of customization/alternation or orders which are placed on special request with prior confirmation from the buyer cannot be cancelled. In case such orders are cancelled, the buyer will bear the entire cost incurred by Camey and/or their supplier. Refund will be initiated to the buyer after necessary deductions.
